Yeast Intolerance Symptoms


Yeast is a very common fungi present in the most of the food items and many people show intolerance towards it, which means their body is incapable of digestion lactose, which is the main and basic compound of yeast. The most common yeast intolerance symptoms are tiredness and fatigue, bloating of the stomach, gas and flatulence right after eating, watering eyes and runny nose, wheezing and coughing, vomiting and diarrhea, visible skin rashes, bloating of the face, nasal congestion and sneezing, headache and sore throat, white coating on tongue, bad breath, heartburn and acidity and cravings for sweet and sugary items. Remedies for yeasts intolerance symptoms are quite easy. Those products which contain yeast like sugar, bread, cheese, mushroom and milk and its products must be avoided for three to six weeks and then start to take them in a very low quantity. These yeast intolerance symptoms and treatment for it will vary from case to case and person to person.

There are some people who display very mild symptoms which vanish soon, but some unfortunate people have to live with the symptoms for many hours at a stretch. These yeast intolerance symptoms in adults can also be confused as symptoms of some other disease, and this makes the condition even harder to diagnose. If you are aware of your allergy to certain food items, then you must stay away from these. Always examine the labels and the content list of an item before consuming it, in order to avoid frequent yeast infections.
